I breed already paired birds that come into the rescue center, and I name the babies something related to the mother's name so that I can track the family line. So far I have gems (jade, ruby, pearl), foods (mango who gave birth to cinnamon) spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg) nuts (chestnut, peanut) and "pper" like clipper, nipper, etc.
What is left? I got a new pair with no names and I can't think of any more "groups".
What sort of names should I use now?
Major cities or famous bridges.
