I need help with name/spelling ideas for our baby???!!!???

I'm 6 weeks now,and have chosen Laila for a girl name and want to use Elise (ah-lee-ce) for the middle name but am stuck on how to spell it. so what looks better? Elise,Ilise,or if anyone can come up with a diff.spelling of it that'd be great too!

For a boy we havent chosen any name yet but here are the ideas:Devin, Riley, Tai, Avery, Alija, Brayden, Braylon,???

were so lost on the boy names...ive looked at all names from all dialects and still havent found the right one.

Our kids now are: Noela(noel-a) Jade, and Brendan Reece.....we hope to settle for something that sounds ok with their names as well.

I know its silly but i figured i'd ask.....thanks for any help.

I need help with name/spelling ideas for our baby???!!!???
I think Laila Elise is a beautiful name, but only if the middle name is pronounced how it's spelled, "Eh-lees".

My name, Shana, everyone pronounces it Shay-nah but it actually rhymes with Donna, like Shonna, and I wish my mother hadn't tried to be so creative!! I constantly have to correct people on either the spelling or pronunciation of my name! Please don't do that to your kid!

For a boy, don't pick another B name b/c you'll always be tripping over your tongue when you try to call either Brenden or the new baby! But Devin's a nice name.

You are very blessed to be having your 4th! My hubby and I are TTC #1.
Reply:i love Laila Elise - spelled just like that!

and for boys... i would stay away from Brayden and Braylon as they sound too smilar or sing-songy with Brendan's name.

and i do like the name Riley, but can't stand how common it is these days! (for both boys and girls!)

best wishes and congrats on your pregnancy!
Reply:Actually, I think Braylon Ahlise would be pretty sounding for a girl. Braylon doesn't strike me as a boy's name at all.

I have a hard time picking boy's names, too. Picking baby names is supposed to be fun, but when it comes to naming a boy, it is just such a chore!
Reply:That name is pronounced E-Leese, not Ah-lee-ce!

She'll always have to correct people as that's not the standard pronounciation.

Elise is better than Ilise.

All of the boys names are pretty bad too - Brayden and Braylon sound like types of fabric!
Reply:My daughter's middle name is Elyse (also my mom's name)...I like that spelling the best.

I like Riley for a boy. Suggestion, Luke, William, Connor, love all those names.

Good luck and congratulations.
Reply:Elise~ maybe Aleece, Alyce, or the way u spelled it with the 'e'

boy name~ i like Devin, Riley, Alija, and Brayden (i like this one the best)
Reply:I like the spelling Elise the best. Laila Elise is a cute name! For the boys I like Riley and Devin. Really don't like "Braylon" at all.
Reply:Riley, Avery, Alija, Brayden
Reply:I like alyse best for the middle name. Out of your names for the boys i like Riley most but I like Jaime too.
Reply:Elise.. if you get too fancy no one will be able to pronounce it!!
