Do You Like the names?

I've chosen out some names for my baby boy, but just can't choose on them. I know that's his middle name will be James. I've already got a 2 year old daughter named Abellina Jade, so I was hoping they could have the same initials. Here are my topnames.

Andre James


Antonio James (my boyfriend's favorite)


Lukas-Ray James


Elijah James (my favorite!)

Austin James and Elijah James sound the best to me.

After that I would go...


Lukas, Austin, Andre, Antonio.





Oh and if you limit yourself to a set initial just because your other child has those initials then you might miss the perfect name!

Reply:Mhn... you might be expecting a quick answer but with baby names it's very important to consider every option.





My name is... very hard to pronounce, very not common and most of my life has given me trouble (with traveling, at school I was bullied, etc).





So, it is very important to consider these facts with your future son, don't just give him a name 'cuz you think it's original. My advice:





º Consider the musicality and harmony of the first and second name.


º Try not to make it too excentric (people will sure think it's original, but kids at school might find it just funny to pronounce).


º The root of each name should at least match (spanish names and english names don't mix, unless the musicality matches perfectly).





My favorite is the first one, btw.

I love love love love LOVE Elijah James, and I'll tell you why:





1. it's a beautiful name, yet strong... this is a hard balance to achieve in a boy, but you got it!





2. I love how the J in EliJah gets repeated in James. I also love the reapeted A sound between to two.





3. Elijah is unique without being weird, much like Abellina. The two names sound good together.





I love it. It's a great choice. I also like Austin James and Lukas James, but not with the Ray.
