Baby name problem?

I am 13 weeks pregnant (don't know the sex yet!)My Husband and I have decided Annabella Jade for a girl. But we have 3 choices for a boy...

Noah Jude (Jude is my husbands name)

Noah Aloysious(Aloysious is my grandfathers name)

or

Julian Gabriel

which do you prefer!?

Baby name problem?
Personally, I think Julian Gabriel is a nice name.

"J" names for boys are strong and masculine sounding, and even the oldest "J" names still sound modern.

Congratulations in advance, because Annabella Jade is a lovely name as well.
Reply:Congratulations! I hope everything goes well with your pregnancy.

Concerning the boys name...my favourite is Noah Aloysious.

For some reason, I've always liked the sound of the name Aloysious.

Hope this helps. Take care.
Reply:noah jude
Reply:I really like the name Aloysious so I'd say go with Noah Aloysious
Reply:Noah Aloysius
Reply:Julian Gabriel is nice. i also like michael jude.
Reply:Ohhh... I love the name Annabella Jade!

I would go with Noah Jude. Sounds good! CONGRATS and good luck to the both of you!!!!!!
Reply:i really like the Noah Jude

but I'm not in a position to choose but i just feel that its easier to pronounce

just remember he/she will have the name you choose forever and ever
Reply:Julian Gabriel
Reply:I like:

Noah Jude

Julian Gabriel

But I think Julian Gabriel Stewart sounds the best!!!!!

Very nice!!! Hope this helps = )
Reply:I love Noah Jude, it is very cute and sophisticated!
Reply:based on liking the names, and nothing else, I like Julian Gabriel the best. But since Noah Jude honors your Husband, I think that's a great choice. Aloysious is a mouth-full!
Reply:aww! annabella jade is an adorable name! i like julian gabriel the best but they're all really nice names for a boy! congrats! =)
Reply:I generally prefer Julian as the first name -- only because of Noah's current (and fast-rising) popularity -- but I absolutely love the significance of Jude and Aloysious. And seriously ... how many parents can use the cool/quirky Aloysious/Aloysius with such good reason? Was your grandfather's name spelled with the second "o," by the way, or was that simply a typo for the traditional Aloysius form? Either way, it's a great name (though I'd lean toward the slightly more familiar Aloysius spelling ... but by all means keep grandpa's spelling, if you wish!). ;) It's a wonderful honor.

To be perfectly honest, I don't particularly care for the different A sounds so close together in Noah Aloysious anyway, and with Jude also being a commonly-used pet form of Julian, I think the combo Julian Aloysious would be the most meaningful, attractive option here! ;) That would get my vote in a heartbeat.

Ps. Since Jade is only one letter off Jude -- and Jude occasionally used for females anyway -- have you considered going all out and using Annabella Jude as your girl option? After all, the gender issue isn't problematic at all in the middle name slot, and if you're going to use a nearly-identical name anyway, might as well make it mean something. :) Just a thought.
Reply:Julian Gabirel IS SO CUTE trust me dont name your boy after your husband my mom did the same thing to me and i never liked having the same name its like my boy friend called and hes like can i talk to **my name here** and my mom was on the phone and shes like ya this is her and well i rather not say what happened just dont for the sake of your child

plz
Reply:Annabella Jade is very pretty! However, when it comes to boys' names, I'm not fond of any of those names but Jude. I guess Noah Jude would be my pick. While it is nice to honor your grandfather, Aloysius is a hard name to give a child born nowadays. Even as a middle name, which almost no one uses, it can be a difficult name to be beholden with. If you want to honor your grandfather, maybe there is an "A" name you can use to represent him. That's what we've done in my family. My cousin was named Sinclair to honor my grandmother Sally.

Good luck!
Reply:Noah Jude is ADORABLE! I love it! I'm not crazy about Aloysious...... and Julian is just kinda eh. But I LOVE Noah Jude. Congrats!!!!!
Reply:I love Noah Jude it is sounds so great together!!
Reply:i like Noah Jude... biblical names are the best.. congrats and God Bless!
Reply:I totally love the name Julian so I'll choose Julian Gabriel.

I understand how important family names are too- the others are nice and would make a fine name as well. How do you pronounce Aloysious?
Reply:I actually like a combination of your two: Noah Gabriel.

If not, then Noah Jude.
Reply:Noah Jude for sure!!!
Reply:I love Julian, but it might get a little confusing with Jude for a dad. Of your choices, Noah Jude gets my vote.

I'm going to offer up Gabriel Aloysious. I like Aloysious as a middle name, but I don't like it with Noah. The fun of Aloysious gets lost with the too similar sounds of Noah.
Reply:My cousin is J---- Aloysious the 4th

He hates his middle name. He is stock that people know it. His father loves it, and tells everbody. Knowing how much my cousin hates his middle name,

My pick is Noah Jude. It's nice, Jude, the child will not hate, and it's his dad's name

I do not like Julian

Noah Jude
Reply:noah jude
Reply:noah aloysious....just because of the symbolic part of it...
Reply:How bout Jude Aloysious? I'm not keen on Noah.
Reply:I like Noah Jude
Reply:Oh! I LOVE Julian Gabriel. But Noah Jude is nice, too.
Reply:Congratulations on becoming a mommy! I named my son's middle name by my husband's name. He really doesn't use it, but he's proud to have his dad's name. Also, first name after his grandfather. I vote for Noah Jude! Good Luck!
