When do baby bunnies feed on foods by themselves?

Hi, i have four baby bunnies and they are 13 days old. I'm not for sure that the mother is feeding them anymore, because whenever they try to get milk form her she runs or jumps away from them. I dont know exactly what that means, but uh..... i was told that when they get old enough, then they would start to feed on their own, but on what, should i give them oat meal (uncooked), pellets, hay, or vegetables??? they are nice and plump and SOOOOOOOO adorable, i want them to be okay. and the cage is big enough for them and the mother to run around in, but the mother is really destructive. She'll sit on them and God knows what else! Please help, i need to know if mom is feeding them, when can they eat on their own, and should i give them oatmeal?

Thankxx,

Jade
