This too weird for baby names?

I'm not even considering kids now, but I love to come up with names! I love to read (see nickname) and thought it would be cool to name the middle name after something to do with books! Is this weird? OK.... I came up with:

BOY: Bradley Darcy- Darcy after Mr. Darcy in P%26amp;P. It never made sense to me to name a GIRL Darcy.

Owen Mitchell- Mitchell after an elementary school teacher who encouraged me to read some great books.

GIRL: Jade Sophie- After Sophie in The Da Vinci Code... LOVE that book!

Arielle *insert* here is where I am stuck. I can't decide on Raven, after my fave poet Poe, or Keira, after Knightley from my fave book-to-movie remake P%26amp;P. Some help! Which sounds better?

This too weird for baby names?
I like Keira
Reply:Raven. First of all, it sounds better with Arielle, and secondly, that version wasn't half as good as the A%26amp;E version of Pride and Prejudice.
Reply:I'm guessing you'll read a lot more books between now and birth, so play away, but when it comes down to a real kid, don't pick names of things/people you like this year or figures in pop culture. In a few years they may seem really silly to you and everyone else.
Reply:I like the name Aerie. I don't know about a middle name, though...
Reply:Just remember, if you give your boy an oddball name, you are setting him up to get his *** kicked daily in school.
Reply:Personally I dont' think either of those sound good together. If you are stuck with those names though...Arielle Raven sounds the best but Arielle Keira is a definate no! and no I don't think its weird. I am not pregnant either and I think of names all the time...and I get a lot of my names from books and movies.
Reply:although keira is a beautiful name some how raven fits better did you think of switching them around as keira arielle
Reply:I don't think it's weird at all unless you name the kid "Book"! :) (Though Booker's a relevant name.!)
Reply:Jade Sophie sounds great! i love that name! I actually think if you are going to use the name raven that you should make it her first name and Arielle as her second name. for a boy Bradley Mitchell would be a great name. the only reason i did not like the name darcy, is because it is a girls name, but its a very nice girls name.
Reply:Not a fan of the names so much. Bradley is a good name, but the middle names dont go!!
Reply:My opinions.. Poe might be an okay name. Darcy, not so great for a boy's name. And Arielle *insert*... How about Dawn? Dawn is so lovely and it will shed a beautiful light on the Arielle name.

The rest of the names sound pretty cool. I like to think of baby names too.... But I'm not pregnant. *sigh*

What do you think about Darce instead of Darcy for males?
Reply:bradley is cute, but not with darcy.
Reply:Arielle Raven has a ring to it.
Reply:Aura, Fawn, Star
Reply:darcy is a girls name.. but if u like the names thay are great
Reply:I think there nice
Reply:I love unique names. Keira/Kira I love. I prefer Kira though. I hate the name Arielle (due to personal reasons). Not crazy after Owen or Mitchell. Darcy I don't like. Bradley I could live with. Jade Sophie is gorgeous. What about Sophia Jade? That flows better.
Reply:I like Raven because naming someone after something written by Poe gives the name more power and substance than naming her after an actress that will probably fade by the time you're daughter is a teen.
Reply:I love the name darcy for a girl instead of a boy.
Reply:keira
Reply:you dont have to carry the name so think about it in the long run.

but those are not to bad of names
